Senmo offers you:

People Counting

People counting using IoT LoRaWAN sensors uses a wireless network protocol called LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) to accurately measure the number of people entering or leaving a specific location. Often installed at entrances or in strategic areas, these sensors detect and count people based on various parameters such as movement, heat or signal strength. The collected data is then wirelessly transmitted to a central gateway that is connected to the internet.

Expansion possibilities

Expand your IoT solution with a range of sensors for fully integrated management of your marina. Monitor water usage, noise levels, occupancy rates based on CO2, temperature, humidity and more. Customize your system to meet the specific needs of your marina and maximize efficiency and comfort for your boaters.

Energy consumption

With Senmo you can monitor the consumption of water, gas and electricity of each holiday home. This provides insight into patterns and helps to identify inefficiencies, such as lighting in rooms that are not used or unusual water consumption. This makes your management more sustainable and saves unnecessary costs. Think for example of sensors that can help to pass on consumption at the charging points for electric cars.

Movement

Deploy Senmo motion sensors to monitor the occupancy status of the holiday homes you manage. With this real-time information, you always know exactly which homes are occupied and whether there are unwanted visitors somewhere. Sensors around swimming pools and sports fields make it possible to detect unauthorized access after closing time.

Sound

Noise pollution can lead to a lot of unrest and dissatisfaction in your park. With the Senmo sound sensors you can measure the sound in the homes you manage. Set warnings when the sound level exceeds the set limits after a certain time. This helps to enforce silence rules and offers handles for any complaints handling.

Occupation and key management

Senmo's sensors can also be used on door locks. In this way, the system indicates, for example, when the door was last opened. A smart indicator for the moment of arrival and departure of the tenants!

Humidity

The humidity is an important value to determine whether the conditions in a space are good. And that is decisive for the preservation of, for example, art or plants of homeowners. With Senmo you can see exactly what the humidity is per room. In this way you keep the real estate of your customers in optimal condition.

CO2

The air condition in a room affects health and well-being. Senmo sensors measure the CO2 values of the rooms in your homes and sound the alarm if these values are abnormal. This makes the management of ventilation systems more effective.

Door or window contact

Did a tenant forget to close a window when leaving? Don't panic, Senmo's contact sensors measure this and the app will notify you immediately. This allows you to take action to make the home optimally safe again.

24/7 real-time insight

Senmo provides an overview and full control over one or more objects on one dashboard. This way you have all the information at your fingertips. Always and everywhere, on any device.

Customers about Senmo

I got the fright of my life when I got the water bill for our second home in Spain. As it turned out, a ruptured water pipe was the culprit. Senmo does not happen to me a second time. Senmo informs me and my local administrator immediately when there is a different water consumption. Easy to install yourself and with a handy system that keeps me informed about consumption.”

Gigi van Brackel
Second home owner

“Saturday changeover day: every time it was a real puzzle to have all the objects of our holiday park clean in time for the new guests. Our cleaners only had a few hours before, between check-out time and check-in time. But since we use Senmo, it's a lot more relaxed. As soon as a house is empty, the system gives a signal and the cleaner can already get to work!”

Jan Bisschop
Property manager

The plug in the bathroom of our holiday home is for a shaver, not a Tesla. Due to a much higher energy bill than we were used to, we discovered that the renters of our holiday home had charged their car on the 220V. So we're gonna arrange that differently. From now on, Senmo shows exactly how much energy a tenant has consumed. In this way we can simply pass on exorbitant costs and we and our tenants are not faced with unpleasant surprises.” ‍

Mark from Javea
Second home owner

“In our holiday home there is a sign with ‘No smoking’. Unfortunately, not everyone is blaming this ban. Thanks to Senmo, I am the first to know, even if I am in the Netherlands. I can then immediately give the tenant a call or send the park manager.” ‍

Sandra de Vries
Second home owner

People Counting

People counting using IoT LoRaWAN sensors uses a wireless network protocol called LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) to accurately measure the number of people entering or leaving a specific location. Often installed at entrances or in strategic areas, these sensors detect and count people based on various parameters such as movement, heat or signal strength. The collected data is then wirelessly transmitted to a central gateway that is connected to the internet.

Installation: LoRaWAN sensors are installed at entrances or in strategic locations within a building or space, such as shops, event venues or public facilities.

Detection : The sensors detect movement or other relevant parameters that indicate the presence of people. This can be achieved using various sensor technologies, such as motion sensors, temperature sensors or Wi-Fi signals.

Counting : Once people are detected, they are accurately counted by the sensors. These counts are continuously updated as people enter or leave the space. LoRaWAN

Communication : The collected counts are sent wirelessly via the LoRaWAN network to a central gateway that connects to the internet. LoRaWAN is known for its long range and low power consumption, allowing sensors to be deployed on a large scale and remain operational for long periods of time on batteries. ‍

Data analysis : The received counts are analyzed and processed to provide insight into the number of visitors at different times and locations. This allows businesses to identify trends, understand peak hours, and make operational decisions based on real-time data.

Applications : People counting based on LoRaWAN sensors provides valuable insights for a variety of applications, such as optimizing store layouts, planning staffing levels, measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and improving the overall customer experience.

Integration : These counts can be integrated with other systems, such as access control or building management systems, to provide an integrated view of visitor activity and behavior at a location.

Security and Privacy : When implementing people counting based on LoRaWAN sensors, it is important to consider privacy concerns and implement security measures to protect the collected data.
